Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage quality control processes across fabric, printing, stitching, and finishing departments
• Ensure compliance with product specifications and international quality standards (ISO, FSSC, HACCP, etc.)
• Develop and implement SOPs for incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to address quality deviations
• Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular training sessions for quality and production staff
• Maintain quality documentation and audit preparedness
• Monitor lab equipment calibration and ensure accurate test reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Textile, Polymer, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control within the FIBC / woven sack industry
• Strong knowledge of fabric testing, UV standards, and migration tests for food-grade bags
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and 6:1 SF standards
• Leadership qualities with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a focus on continuous improvement
