Export Sales Coordinator

As an Export Sales Coordinator at Nebula Surgical, your role will involve coordinating and processing export sales orders from inquiry to shipment and delivery. You will be responsible for communicating with international customers, distributors, and internal departments such as sales, logistics, accounts, and production to ensure smooth order execution. Additionally, you will prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other necessary documents, while ensuring compliance with export laws, trade regulations, and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and process export sales orders from inquiry to shipment and delivery. - Communicate with international customers, distributors, and internal departments for order execution. - Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other required documents. - Ensure compliance with export laws, trade regulations, and company policies. - Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents for timely dispatches. - Maintain accurate records of export transactions and prepare periodic sales reports. - Assist in handling customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requirements. - Support the Export Manager in business development activities, trade shows, and market research. - Monitor competitor activities and global market trends to support strategic decisions. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Orthopedic field: 1 year (Required) - Proficiency in English language (Required) In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient export operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the business development activities of the company.
