Export Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process export sales orders from inquiry to shipment and delivery.
• Communicate with international customers, distributors, and internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts, production) for order execution.
• Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
• Ensure compliance with export laws, trade regulations, and company policies.
• Follow up on shipment schedules, payments, and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents for timely dispatches.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and prepare periodic sales reports.
• Assist in handling customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requirements.
• Support the Export Manager in business development activities, trade shows, and market research.
• Monitor competitor activities and global market trends to support strategic decisions.
