Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process export sales orders from inquiry to shipment and delivery. Communicate with international customers, distributors, and internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts, production) for order execution. Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other required documents. Ensure compliance with export laws, trade regulations, and company policies. Follow up on shipment schedules, payments, and order confirmations. Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents for timely dispatches. Maintain accurate records of export transactions and prepare periodic sales reports. Assist in handling customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requirements. Support the Export Manager in business development activities, trade shows, and market research. Monitor competitor activities and global market trends to support strategic decisions.
