Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management & Coordination
• Manage export orders from inquiry to shipment.
• Coordinate with international buyers, suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
• Buyer Communication
• Serve as the primary liaison between international buyers and the company.
• Maintain strong business relationships with clients and address queries efficiently.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Product Development & Sampling:
• Develop samples as per buyer specifications.
• Ensure quality control and approval before mass production.
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and quality teams.
• Export Documentation & Compliance:
• Prepare necessary export documentation (invoices, packing lists, LC documents, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
• Manage logistics and freight forwarding for smooth shipment processing.
• Vendor & Supplier Management:
• Monitor production timelines and resolve supply chain issues.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated with global market trends and competitor strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of export processes, international trade regulations, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
