Role Description: Export Marketing Specialist (Full-time, On-site – Rajkot, Gujarat)

We are looking for a dynamic Export Marketing Specialist who can support our global trade operations and help us strengthen our international presence. This role is on-site and requires someone who understands both marketing and export processes.

You will be responsible for identifying global market opportunities, creating and executing export marketing strategies, and managing day-to-day export operations. Your job will involve building strong relationships with international buyers, preparing sales and marketing materials, and supporting our team in closing global deals. You will also ensure compliance with export regulations and contribute to our long-term strategic trade objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand global demand, buyer behavior, and emerging opportunities.
• Develop and implement international marketing strategies for multiple product categories.
• Manage export operations including documentation, coordination with suppliers, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas buyers and trade partners.
• Prepare marketing content, product presentations, and sales materials to support business development.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive international partnerships and business growth.
• Support overall export planning and help achieve company trade goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of market research, international marketing, and buyer analysis.
• Hands-on experience with export operations, logistics, and compliance processes.
• Background in sales or sales & marketing is preferred.
• Knowledge of global trade regulations, export documentation, and international business practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Rajkot.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in export or global trade roles will be an added advantage.
