Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to arrange transportation and logistics. Prepare and verify all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipment details, timelines, and any issues that arise. Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and trends in the trade sector. Collaborate with the sales team to develop export strategies that align with company goals. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven experience in export documentation and compliance. In-depth knowledge of export trade regulations and logistics processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in using export management software. Preferred Experience in market research and analysis. Familiarity with supply chain management principles.
