As a CIF - Sea Freight Coordinator at Aditi Foods (India) Pvt. Ltd., your responsibilities will include: - Shipment Sea Freight Quotation, Comparison, and Negotiation - Final Negotiation for Sea Freight Shipments - Approaching Concern Forwarder for FOB Shipments and Arranging Booking - Timely Filling of Empty Container, CIF, and FOB Policies while maintaining Account Statement of TATA AIG - Coordinating with Transporters for Container Pickup - Checking Containers, Verifying Documents, and Ensuring Sanitation - Taking Dump and Photos of Stuffing Commodities for Loading - Preparation of Export Proforma Invoice and Annexure I - Coordinating SGS Sampling and Spices Board Sampling Processes - Following up on Spices Board Analytical Report Status - Coordinating Spices Board Stuffing and Health Certificate Issuance Processes - Arranging Health Courier for Spices Board and EIA Health Certificates - Coordinating Fumigation, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Preshipment Document Preparation - Handling Checklist Filling and Custom Clearance Procedure with CHA - Surrendering BL, Tracking DHL Shipments, and Handling Courier Quotations - Filing BL Drafts, COO Online TPCI, and Post Shipment Documents - Managing Inward Remittances, PCL Accounts, Bills in Tally, and BRC Closure - Handling ECGC Declaration, APEDA Export Returns, and License Closure Processes - Generating Rodtep Scrips, Monitoring USD and EURO Hedging, and Handling E Seal Arrangements - Renewing TPCI, TATA AIG, and ECGC Policies annually - Ensuring Renewal of Export Self Sealing Permission Join Aditi Foods to be a part of a leading fruits and vegetables processing company in Maharashtra, India, with a global presence and adherence to strict international quality standards.,
