Export Documentation

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Handling export documentation for all export shipment for HO & branches. 

·        Source and collate data and prepare BL draft against invoice packing list.

·        Resolve all queries in regard to final preparation of B/L & Invoice.

·        Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for B/L, Invoice and for payment and other details.

·        Submitting of SI to the shipping line & Preparing House B/L in studio.

·        USA, shipments ACD/ISF/AMS filing.

·        Payment request in studio & arrange payment from account dept.

·        Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Exports consignments handled by Key Account Managers.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

·        Work Experience: 1 - 2 years in export documentation

·        Minimum Graduate (B.Com)

Candidates with experience working in Logistics and forwarding industry ONLY will be preferred

Language and IT Proficiency

·        MS Office (Excel/Word)

·        Language Proficiency – English, Marathi and Hindi

·        Prioritization and organization

·        Problem-solving

·        Attention to detail

·        Written and Oral Communication

·        Networking

·        Team management
