Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should have with minimum experience of 2-3 Years in Freight Forwarding.
Should have knowledge of online SI Submission, VGM Filling and BL Preparations.
Liaise internally and externally and build strong professional working relationships with respect to stakeholders and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely response to customer's (Internal/External) requirements
Responsible for International shipment documentation, operations, and carrier routing information.
Customer satisfaction objective & relationship building mindset
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience 2-3 Years
Freight forwarding background mandatory with Ocean Exports with good contacts and agent network
Should be able to work with the Team
Ability to resolve customer concerns and queries
Exceptionally good communication skills both written and verbal
