This role is in the Sales and Business Development domain . Sales Executive will hold the responsibility to brand and market our Company Services. Generating leads, contacting them, and setting up appointments to present company profile and convert prospects into clients. Preparing and completing weekly, and monthly sales reports specifying the number of sales made. Maintaining client records. Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers by providing support, timely information, and guidance; recommending service improvements Attending trade exhibitions and conferences. Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Role & responsibilities Should have with minimum experience of 2-3 Years in Freight Forwarding. Should have knowledge of online SI Submission, VGM Filling and BL Preparations. Liaise internally and externally and build strong professional working relationships with respect to stakeholders and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ensure timely response to customer's (Internal/External) requirements Responsible for International shipment documentation, operations, and carrier routing information. Customer satisfaction objective & relationship building mindset Desired Candidate Profile Experience 2-3 Years Freight forwarding background mandatory with Ocean Exports with good contacts and agent network Should be able to work with the Team Ability to resolve customer concerns and queries Exceptionally good communication skills both written and verbal
