Highly motivated and experienced HR Professional (Recruitment specialist) required to join our team in Sriperumbudur. This is an immediate hiring opportunity, and we are looking for candidates who can join on short notice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector (hiring bulk candidates and hiring for engineering roles) and a strong understanding of recruitment, time office management, and PF administration.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Oversee time office management, ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.

Administer PF (Provident Fund) processes and compliance.

Provide HR support to employees in a manufacturing environment.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

3-5 years of proven HR experience in the manufacturing, automobile, or EMS industries.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, time office management, and PF administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to join immediately or on short notice.
