Job Description

Customer Experience & Engagement Welcome and greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a strong first impression. Understand client requirements, preferences, and guide them through product ranges, materials, and finishes. Explain product features, design benefits, and customization options effectively. Coordinate with the Design and Sales teams to ensure seamless client handovers and timely follow-ups. Ensure clients are comfortable during their visit offering refreshments and maintaining a pleasant environment.   Client Management & Lead Handling Capture all walk-in, call-in, and referral enquiries accurately in CRM or enquiry logs. Categorize and qualify leads based on their stage (walk-in, design consultation, quotation, closure). Schedule and confirm client appointments for design or sales discussions. Maintain communication with potential clients through calls, messages, or emails for timely follow-ups. Track client progress through the sales funnel and update the sales/design teams accordingly. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling client information. Support the sales team in preparing or sharing basic information, brochures, or introductory presentations. Showroom Presentation & Maintenance Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing showroom at all times. Ensure displays, lighting, and signage are functional and aligned with brand standards. Check that product samples, catalogues, and marketing materials are up to date and adequately stocked. Conduct daily opening and closing checks for showroom readiness. Coordinate any repairs, cleaning, or display updates with relevant vendors or internal teams. Operational & Administrative Coordination Maintain inventory of samples, marketing materials, and consumables. Support in planning and executing client meetings, presentations, and product demo sessions. Coordinate with procurement, stores, and service teams for display or material requirements. Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, client footfall, and showroom operations. Assist in planning in-centre events, collaborations, and marketing campaigns.   Sales & Marketing Support Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team for client follow-ups and documentation. Ensure all enquiry data is properly logged, tracked, and shared with relevant team members. Collect customer feedback post-visit and share insights to enhance the brand experience. Stay updated on new products, finishes, and company offerings to communicate effectively with clients.
