We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper with 7+ years of expericence to join our accounting and bookkeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of financial data for our clients. Prior experience in bookkeeping and account reconciliation is highly preferred.
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (Minimum 7+ Years Experience)
Record and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies, variances, or irregularities
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
Maintain well-organized, up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies
Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and insights
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and best practices
Experience with AP, AR, and bank reconciliation processes
Ability to perform accurate account analysis and reconciliation
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and management
Ability to use Google or provided tools to research and find solutions
Proficiency in written and spoken English
