Accounts Executive

The role will also involve supporting SAP S4 Hana implementation through accurate data entry and system updates.

This is a third-party payroll position, with the potential to transition to an on-roll role based on performance and business requirements.

Your Remit

Accounts Payables:

• Process and track payments for import shipments.
• Match invoices with Bills of Entry (BOEs) and ensure timely payments.
• Handle domestic payments related to business operations, rentals, and consumables.
• Adjust BOEs with RBI for import and warranty shipments.

Accounts Receivable:

• Manage receivables for customers and invoices annually.
• Track payments and ensure accurate entries in the accounting system.
• Send regular dunning notices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Adjust BOEs with RBI for export shipments

SAP S4 Hana Support:

• Perform data cleaning and entry of pending orders, inventory items, and customer records.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in SAP.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth data integration and system transition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payables/Receivables.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferably SAP S4 Hana) is an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of data and transactions.
• Understanding of RBI regulations and BOE adjustments.
