Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Management:

  overall store operations

• Team Leadership & Development:

  excellent leadership qualities

  by managing, motivating, and training the store team. You will be responsible for the onboarding and development of all staff.

• Loss Prevention & Administration:

  Implement effective

  retail loss prevention techniques

  to minimize shrinkage. You will also manage essential administrative tasks, including

  billing

  and

  invoicing

Qualifications

• Experience ranging from

  0-7 years

  in a retail management or store operations role.
• Proven experience in

  store/outlet management

  .
• Expertise in

  retail loss prevention techniques

  .

Skills
