Job Description

  • Quick response to incoming tickets on ticketing portal
  • Hands on experience with Windows 10/11 0S
  • Install, configure and upgrade OS and other business applications on end users' systems (Desktops/laptops)
  • Hands on experience and troubleshooting the issues related to MS Office application like outlook, excel, word etc.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of the associates (internal users)
  • Keep inventory of all the assets like Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Software licenses etc.
  • Working on compliance reports like Antivirus reports, WSUS reports etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Networking and Servers
  • Responsible for queries related to the Printers and basic troubleshooting
  • Act as frontline support for internal users if any system goes down

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Teamworking skills
  • Methodical approach to tasks
  • Working on monthly MIS and MRM report
  • Preparation of SOP and knowledge base articles
