Job Description

As an Executive - Talent Acquisition at Ultraviolette Automotive, you will be responsible for hiring across various teams and departments. While youll primarily focus on recruiting for engineering roles (including Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics ), your expertise will extend to other critical areas of the business, ensuring we continue to attract diverse talent that drives innovation. End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the recruitment process across multiple domains, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Strategic Sourcing : Use your sourcing expertise to identify top talent for a variety of roles, including engineering, design, operations, and more. Collaborative Partnerships : Work closely with hiring managers across different teams to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring we have a strong talent pool for both current and future hiring needs. Data-Driven Recruitment : Leverage recruitment analytics to track progress and success metrics, and use this data to continuously optimise our hiring processes. Visualise this data through dashboards or reports to share with leadership and make data-backed decisions. Candidate Experience : Provide candidates with an exceptional recruitment experience, maintaining clear communication and ensuring they understand the value and impact of the work were doing at Ultraviolette. Diversity & Inclusion : Champion diversity and inclusion efforts by identifying diverse talent and ensuring fair and unbiased hiring practices across all domains. Requirements What Were Looking For: 3-6 years of experience in technical and non-technical recruitment across various domains. Experience in recruiting for engineering roles is highly desirable, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics disciplines (though not mandatory). Experience working in a product-based company or the automotive/EV industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong understanding of data-driven recruitment with experience using tools to track and visualise pipeline metrics. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers at all levels. A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
