InI Farms is one of the largest exporters of Fruits and Vegetables from India, with a strong focus on environmental protection, consumer health, and improving farmers' lives.Role Title: Pomegranate Sourcing & Procurement/Harvesting ExecutiveDepartment: Procurement / Fruit SourcingLocation: Preferred candidates from Sangola, Nashik, Solapur, or AhmednagarReporting To: ManagerRole Summary:We are looking for dynamic individuals with hands-on experience in pomegranate sourcing and procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing vendor networks, ensuring quality procurement, and managing field-level operations across key sourcing regions. Preference will be given to candidates who are based in or familiar with Sangola, Nashik, Solapur, or Ahmednagar, as these are our core operational zones for pomegranate sourcing.Key Responsibilities:

• Source pomegranates directly from farmers, FPOs, and aggregators in targeted regions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and volume commitments
• Ensure procurement quality as per internal grading and customer standards
• Regularly visit farms and collection points to oversee sourcing activities
• Monitor local market prices, crop quality, and supply trends
• Coordinate with internal logistics and quality teams for smooth inward flow
• Maintain accurate documentation of procurement, payments, and vendor performance.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of pomegranate cultivation, grading, and handling practices
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with local agri-markets and supply chain dynamics
• Effective communication and relationship-building at grassroots level
• Basic knowledge of Excel or reporting tools
• Willingness to travel across sourcing locations frequently
• Language proficiency in Marathi and Hindi preferred
  

Qualifications:
Educational:Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Supply ChainMBA/PGDM in Agri-Business or Rural Management (preferred)Experience:2–5 years of experience in fresh fruit sourcing, preferably in pomegranate, grapes, or similar perishablesLocal sourcing experience in Sangola, Nashik, Solapur, or Ahmednagar.Other Requirements:Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the region.Strong local network in farming communities
