Job Description

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and tools to support manufacturing requirements while minimizing excess stock.
Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming materials, conduct quality checks, and verify quantities against purchase orders or delivery notes.
Storage and Organization: Properly store and organize items within the warehouse or storage area, ensuring efficient accessibility and space utilization.
Stock Replenishment: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid stockouts.
Issuance and Distribution: Issue materials, tools, and equipment to production teams based on requisitions and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Data Entry: Record all inventory-related transactions accurately in the inventory management system or spreadsheets.
Quality Control: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure materials meet required standards before being used in production.
Material Handling: Safely handle materials, components, and tools, using appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, material movements, receipts, and issuances.
Stock Audits: Conduct periodic stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Reporting: Prepare regular inventory reports, consumption patterns, and recommendations for stock optimization.
