About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, data-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO strategy and execution, strong analytical abilities, and a good understanding of how LLM SEO (AI-driven search optimization) and local/GEO SEO are evolving. You will also support the execution of media and performance marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

·        SEO Execution & Analysis

·        Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies across clients to improve organic visibility and traffic.

·        Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.

·        Leverage AI tools and LLM-based search insights (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot) to enhance SEO strategies.

·        Develop content briefs aligned with user intent, local SEO, and brand goals.

·        Monitor rankings, traffic, and site performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

·        Performance Marketing Support

·        Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

·        Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.

·        Collaborate with the creative and data teams for ad optimization and A/B testing.

·        Support retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.

·        Research & Insights

·        Stay updated on evolving search trends, AI-driven SEO innovations, and advertising best practices.

·        Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve client performance.

·        Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research for both SEO and media campaigns.

Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and/or performance marketing.

• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Familiarity with LLM SEO / Generative Search (SGE) and local SEO.

• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ChatGPT/AI-prompting for SEO content or keyword ideation.

• Exposure to media planning or campaign analytics dashboards.
