Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal portals.
  • Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone/video interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide regular reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
