Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Understanding the core values of the company and its goals. - Understanding & developing knowledge about micro markets & real estate projects - Prospecting & relation-building with potential customers for new business. - Building & nurturing long term relationships with Clients & channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails. - Calling on leads provided by the company and self-generated. - Helping clients in building their real estate investment portfolio - Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring Service standards in line with company polices. - Helping clients with site inspections & provide them transactional support - Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller - Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller Preferred candidate profile - An emphatic communicator with pleasant personality - Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook - Structured and process oriented - Excellent communication skills - Zeal for multitasking & ability to learn & adapt - Ownership & entrepreneurial mindset Share resume at: Sneha.bhadauria@inframantra.com or WhatsApp : 9667766810
