Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive at S&O Investments, located in Pune. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day mall operations, including coordinating with mall developers, implementing marketing and branding strategies, managing leases, and ensuring smooth fit-out processes. Additionally, the role involves conducting feasibility studies, driving mall re-orientation projects, and fostering relationships with clients to deliver value consistently.

• Skills in Marketing, Branding, and Mall Conceptualization
• Proficiency in Project Management and Handling Fit-outs
• Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills
• Ability to Conduct Feasibility Studies and Research
• Knowledge of Mall Re-orientation and Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the retail or mall management industry is a plus
