Role & responsibilities Interact and build long-term relationships with brands, advertising agencies, retailers, and corporate clients. Drive revenue through the sale of promotional spaces, branding opportunities, and event space leasing. Lead negotiations and secure strategic tie-ups and alliances to increase market reach. Plan, budget, and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Handle end-to-end execution of promotional events and branding activities at various properties. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly revenue reports to the leadership team. Create detailed Monthly Review Reports (MRRs) for department performance and planning. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, legal, finance, marketing) for seamless execution of client deliverables. Identify market trends and new opportunities to enhance sales performance and occupancy. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering on commitments with quality and timeliness.
