Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
brands, advertising agencies, retailers, and corporate clients
.
Drive
revenue generation
through the sale of
promotional spaces, branding opportunities, and event space leasing
.
Lead
negotiations
and establish
strategic partnerships and alliances
to expand market reach.
Plan, budget, and execute
strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Manage
end-to-end execution
of promotional events, branding activities, and client campaigns across properties.
Prepare and share
weekly and monthly revenue reports
with the leadership team.
Create and present
Monthly Review Reports (MRRs)
to evaluate departmental performance and assist in strategic planning.
Collaborate with
operations, legal, finance, and marketing teams
to ensure seamless delivery of client commitments.
Monitor
market trends
and identify new opportunities to drive sales growth and improve occupancy.
Ensure
customer satisfaction
through timely execution, service excellence, and quality deliverables.
