Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, salary components, and deductions.
• Oversee statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, labour laws, and audits.
• Administer insurance policies, claims, and employee benefits.
• Assist in HRMS projects, maintenance of employee data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support HR operations such as attendance management, and documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist in HR reporting, MIS preparation, and support audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory

  : Ability to

  read and speak fluent Hindi

• Any graduate
• Strong command of

  MS Excel

  (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analytics)
• Working knowledge of

  labour laws

  and statutory requirements
• Experience in handling
