Primary Role: As a Service Engineer for High end Medical Equipment, you shall be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing Medical Devices.

Job Description: Experience in repair and maintenance of medical devices.

Experience in installation, maintenance of Medical Equipment (Patient Simulation devices, Cardiology & OT products).

Handling preventive maintenance of medical equipment.

Maintaining daily communication with customers to ensure resolution.

Relevant technical knowledge of basic electrical/ electronics. Minimize downtime with proactive measures.

Making Maintenance & Service-related reports.

Working closely with the sales team.

An ability to work well under pressure.

Preferable from Medical instruments Service and calibration background.

Job Specification: Extensive travel may be required.

Customer Handling experience.
Qualification: BE/B-Tech in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electronics.

A Diploma Holder may also be considered with good experience in the medical devices.
Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs. Additional Skills (If Any): 1.Customer orientation 2. Able to work under pressure and challenging situations. 3. Teamwork 4. Problem-solving skills 5. Computer software/ hardware installation knowledge will be an added advantage.
