Market Expansion Business Support: Support the International Business team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and documentation. Identify market needs and trends to recommend new product development strategies. Develop technical sales materials, brochures, and training content for clients and distributors. Regulatory Compliance Management: Ensure that all biological products comply with international regulatory requirements. Coordinate with regulatory agencies, research institutions, and certification bodies for product approvals. Maintain updated knowledge of global agricultural laws, safety regulations, and market entry requirements. Technical Training Customer Support: Conduct training programs and technical workshops for sales teams, distributors, and customers. Provide after-sales technical support to international clients, addressing product-related queries and challenges. Assist in handling customer complaints and troubleshooting product performance issues. Collaboration Reporting: Work closely with RD, production, and marketing teams to align product offerings with market needs. Provide monthly technical reports, market analysis, and recommendations to senior management. Support the business development team in preparing technical proposals and tenders for international markets. Key Qualifications Education: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields. Specialization in Biologicals, Biofertilizers, or Biopesticides is highly preferred. Experience: 8+ years of experience in the biological products industry, preferably in international business support. Proven expertise in biological formulations, field trials, and regulatory affairs. Skills Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of biological products (biofertilizers, biostimulants, biopesticides). Expertise in international regulatory frameworks for agrochemicals and biologicals. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. Ability to liaise with international clients, distributors, and regulatory bodies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and scientific research tools.
