Service Engineer

Company: Medekom Ventures Pvt Ltd Position Title: Service Engineer - Medical Devices Base Location: Hyderabad, Delhi Division - Medekom Primary Role: As a Service Engineer for High end Medical Equipment, you shall be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing Medical Devices. Job Description: Experience in repair and maintenance of Medical devices. Experience in installation, maintenance of molecular instruments. Handling preventive maintenance of medical equipment. Maintaining daily communication with customers to ensure resolution. Relevant technical knowledge of basic electrical/ electronics. Minimize downtime with proactive measures. Making Maintenance & Service-related reports. Working closely with the sales team. An ability to work well under pressure. Preferable from Life science/Biotech company/Diagnostic instruments. Job Specification: Extensive travel may be required. Customer Handling experience. Qualification: BE/B-Tech in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electronics. A Diploma Holder may also be considered with good experience in the medical devices. Experience: 2 - 5 Yrs. Additional Skills (If Any): Customer orientation Able to work under pressure and challenging situations. Teamwork Problem-solving skills Computer software/ hardware installation knowledge will be an added advantage.
