Location: Noida

Job Summary:

The Invoice Processing executive is responsible for ensuring the efficient management and processing of invoices from submission to payment. This role involves end-to-end tracking of all invoices, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing:

Review and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring all necessary documentation is attached.
Match invoices with purchase orders, contracts and delivery receipts.
Code invoices to the appropriate accounts and cost centers.
Enter invoice data into the accounting system with attention to detail.

Tracking and Follow-Up:

Follow up with vendor for invoice submission
Maintain an up-to-date tracking system for all submitted invoices.
Follow up with internal departments for invoice approvals.
Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies or queries related to invoices.
Track the progress of invoices from submission to payment, ensuring no delays.

Payment Coordination:

Prepare and process payments in accordance with payment terms.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely disbursement of payments.
Notify vendors of payment status and provide remittance advice as needed.
Handle payment-related inquiries from vendors and resolve issues promptly.

Coordination:

Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure that goods received are accurately reflected in invoices.
Assist in resolving discrepancies between received goods and invoiced items.
Maintain communication with logistics partners to track shipments and ensure smooth operations.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and organized records of all invoices, payments, and communications.
Generate regular reports on invoice status, outstanding payments, and any issues encountered.
Assist in month-end closing by providing necessary invoice and payment data.
