Job Position Summary
- Overall in charge of recruitment of New Hands (All ranks) .
- To make sure all Officers (New Induction) travel as per planner and with proper documentation / medicals / training, to Liaise with team Mumbai for their in-house training and vessel assignment, to follow them for their relief upon completion of contract.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all officers including cadets (Tanker / Dry) -New Inductions
- Responsible for updating PARIS with personal and professional details including renewed/updated documents.
- To liaise with FMTI for officers in-house and vessel specific training.
- Follow up of Pre joining Medicals.
- To liaise with Travel team for their joining and repatriation to hometown including road/air travel arrangements.
- To follow up Accommodation arrangements.
- To liaise with Mumbai Planning team for Vessel assignment and joining.
- To follow weekly availability Planner with teams Mumbai -Tanker and dry.
- To follow with teams Mumbai, Hong Kong for any deviation Cases and getting approval
- Convincing officers on wages part.
- Eye share for approval of Bills
- New Induction Generating OD/HKID, Interviews, approvals, uploading documents in PARIS and inhouse training
- Miscellaneous jobs: -Till the time officer onboard or even after onboarding to resolve their problems.
- Sign off request follow up with the FPD group and Planning team how to manage reliever.
- If any grievances come up from any officer, discuss and took forward, corrective action/ process with specific person.
- Following up with officers their families.
- Booking for various Webinars.
Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
Postgraduate/MBA/Maritime field experience would be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, languages. Computer Knowledge : - Microsoft Office Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook Express
