Job Description

Job responsibility of HR Executive (ER):

  • Manage end-to-end contract workforce lifecycle including onboarding, deployment, and exit processes
  • Coordinate with contractors/vendors for timely deployment of contract workers as per business requirements
  • Maintain contract labour database and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Monitor contract labour attendance, performance, and productivity metrics
  • Ensure compliance with Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 and rules
  • Conduct regular audits of contractor licenses, registrations, and statutory documents
  • Prepare monthly contract labour reports and cost analysis for management review
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
  • Timely submission of statutory returns and forms to government authorities.
  • Act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain positive work environment
  • Handle disciplinary issues and coordinate with management for resolution
