We're looking for an Executive Assistant/secretary to support our leadership team with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and effective follow-ups.
🔹 What You'll Do:Plan & organize meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate follow-upsHandle reservations, bookings, and travel arrangementsAssist in preparing communication, reports, and presentationsWork across platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft OfficeMaintain confidentiality, efficiency, and professionalism at all times🔹 What We’re Looking For:Strong written & spoken communication in English (Hindi & Tamil a plus)Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and flexible with shifting prioritiesExperience in an executive/administrative support role preferredFluent with online meeting platforms and office productivity toolsIf you're a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of smooth operations—we’d love to hear from you!
