Job Title: Executive Secretary

Job Summary:
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Director ensuring efficient office operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in executive support.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and calendar management.
  • Strong discretion, professionalism, and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
