Job Description

Administrative and secretarial support to senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate with departments and external contacts as needed.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Professional attitude and multitasking ability.
