Company Secretary Trainee

Job Description: CS Executive – BSE Listed Company We are looking for a qualified and proactive Company Secretary (CS) Executive to join our compliance team in a BSE-listed Company. The candidate must have completed the ICSI Executive or Inter Exam and should have hands-on experience in corporate compliance, secretarial work, and regulatory filings. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in compliance with SEBI (LODR) and SEBI (ICDR) regulations. * Prepare and file submissions with BSE, ROC, and other statutory bodies. * Support in conducting Board Meetings, AGMs, and other corporate meetings, including drafting agendas, notices, and minutes. * Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013. * Maintain statutory registers, records, and assist with shareholder-related matters. Requirements: * ICSI Executive/Inter qualified. * Minimum 1 year experience in handling compliance matters of a listed company. * Sound knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and corporate governance. * Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
