Job Purpose: To provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, with a strong emphasis on financial coordination and documentation using tools such as Tally. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential financial data. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the MD’s schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments. 2. Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and create presentations for the MD. 3. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD. 4. Organize and support board and executive meetings, including taking and distributing minutes. 5. Maintain and update financial records using Tally accounting software. 6. Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and summaries as required by the MD. 7. Coordinate with finance/accounting departments for audit and compliance support. 8. Track and follow up on outstanding payments, invoices, and vendor statements. 9. Maintain organized and confidential filing systems (electronic and physical). 10. Handle office correspondence and document control. 11. Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. 12. Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation required by senior management.
