The role includes diagnosing system issues, ensuring energy efficiency, and adhering to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split ACs, central ACs, chillers, and ventilation units. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units and recommend solutions. Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and filters. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain logs and reports of maintenance and repairs. Assist in installing HVAC systems and ductwork as required. Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns. Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians if needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
