The Opportunity:

Executive Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the Group CEO
• Manage internal and external communications with professionalism
• Organize meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare executive reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Assist with company secretarial work and regulatory documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in executive administrative assistance or similar roles
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-service orientation and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Understanding of company secretarial tasks and compliance processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Prior experience supporting C-level executives is a strong plus
