Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Customer Contact Representative. The Customer Contact Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers through various communication channels, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties will include managing customer interactions, addressing concerns, and relaying pertinent information to relevant departments. The role requires a strong commitment to customer service and effective communication skills.
