Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication. Daily responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, maintaining records of interactions, and providing feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring a positive and engaging interaction with clients
• Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and efficiently

• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Gurugram
• Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred
• 12th Pass/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background
