Objective:

Conceptualization and deployment of territory strategies aligned with region & country strategy, drive sales across B2B & B2C segments and achieve profitable growth in wires & FMEG business

• Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography
• Responsible for driving market programs and market shares
• Appointing the Distributors and Stock points
• Appointing the Sub Dealer and Retailers under the Distributors
• Responsible for ensuring trade discipline , mix delivery and distribution metrics
• Ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
• Build steadfast relationships with trade , influencers , contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
• Attending negotiations & Closing orders
• Responsible for territory's sales forecasting and tracking
• Territory mapping and coverage of the region directly as well as through dealers
• Train executives to upskill them for future TM role

Experience & Qualification:

• 03 - 08 years

  in Wires/FMEG Sales

• Bachelors degree any discipline
