As a Guest Service Representative at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, your role involves contacting appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. You will utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while ensuring guest loyalty to Marriott. Your responsibilities will include determining and giving complimentaries to guests, promoting brand awareness internally and externally, processing reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, and performing general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
