We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Scoala ERP, a leading School Management System provider. As a part of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Identify key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.
  • Close deals and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic understanding of school management systems or willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in the sales field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
