Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Scoala ERP, a leading School Management System provider. As a part of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and closing deals. Responsibilities: Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and online platforms. Identify key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions. Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects. Close deals and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools. Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Basic understanding of school management systems or willingness to learn. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in the sales field.
