Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Project Support & Execution:

Assist Managers and Senior Managers in daily
project execution
activities.
Support site supervision, quality checks, and installation process monitoring.
Ensure timely availability and management of materials at project sites

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and timely project documentation.
Assist in report preparation, progress updates, and tracking tools.
Support compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
Facilitate clear communication between field teams and management.
Escalate site issues promptly for resolution

Quality & Sustainability:

Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all stages of project work.
Uphold organizational values of
sustainability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives wherever possible

DESIRED

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Solar Rooftop execution or related field.
Hands-on exposure to site execution, vendor coordination, and documentation.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fast-paced renewable energy environment

DESIRED

Strong execution and coordination skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Basic technical understanding of solar rooftop systems
Effective multitasking and reporting capabilities
Working knowledge of
Telugu, Hindi, and English
is mandatory
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
