manages the full cycle of recruiting executive-level positions

They develop sourcing strategies, build relationships with candidates and clients, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. This includes everything from initial screening and offer negotiation.

Qualifications with Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven experience in executive recruitment, with a strong track record of successful placements.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and relevant technologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
