About the role


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PR Executive.

This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience. One who enjoys the world of cinema, a mix of writing, coordination, and communication — and thrives in a dynamic environment that sits at the intersection of media, social impact, and multiple stakeholder engagement.



Key Responsibilities


* Support in execution of PR & digital campaign for the films and the banner


* Assist in on-ground liaison, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and clarity on deliverables.


* Assist in managing project timelines, task trackers, daily operations and approvals, ensuring that expectations are met with precision and efficiency.


* Coordination with multiple vendors, agencies and external parties.


Content & Communication Support


* Draft compelling notes, briefs, presentations, and communication material.


* Contribute to internal and external communication initiatives, maintain proactive communication with all parties


* Work closely with the internal PR lead, media outlets, and external parties to deliver impactful campaigns


* Identify strategic partnerships, influencer alignments and promotional outreach.


* Sound knowledge about social media and digital landscape to draft copies and ideate.



Reporting


* Conduct background research when required and compile insights on industry trends, news developments, and relevant stakeholders.


* Preparation of periodic reports, summaries, for review and strategy planning.



Presentation & Documentation


* Develop professional, visually appealing PowerPoint decks and documentation that articulate ideas and results clearly.


* Maintain updated databases, trackers, and project reports.


Stakeholder Engagement


* Support on outreach planning and coordination with key partners, collaborators, and influencers.


* Track conversations and engagements, ensuring continuity and follow-up actions.


Key Skills & Attributes


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


* Strong organizational ability.


* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); comfort with visual storytelling and report creation.


* Analytical mindset with creative thinking


* Keen interest in cinema, news, New Age Media and social impact.


* Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.


* A strong team player.
