Executive Product Manager

Role Overview: As an Executive Product Manager, you will be accountable for setting an overall vision for a Journey Group or Platform Delivery Construct, including managing roadmaps, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), backlog, issue escalations, and addressing customer and stakeholder feedback for the Journey Group / Platform Tribe(s). Your key responsibilities will involve strategic vision and leadership, epic development, intake analysis, trade-off negotiations, delivery oversight, evergreen roadmap & backlog prioritization, risk and dependency management, and anchoring construct. Additionally, you will be responsible for portfolio epic creation, business outcome/epic creation and refinement, pre-PI planning feature roadmap, PI planning feature roadmap through PI execution, vendor dependency management, and reporting at leadership events. Key Responsibilities: - Set the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for the Journey Group / Platform in collaboration with Executive Engineering Lead - Define Customer Journey Owner / Platform and Tribe level Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) - Manage intake process to define epic scope and dependencies, refine Epic scope and dependencies, and define MVP features - Facilitate OKR driven business trade-off negotiations from a customer, business, and product perspective - Lead Tribe(s) through the product lifecycle from concept to launch - Gather and prioritize requirements across business demand areas and customer feedback - Manage Journey Group / Platform collection of capabilities - Support the Executive Engineering Lead in managing vendor dependencies at the Tribe level - Prepare and present rolling roadmap, OKR updates, and business benefit summaries during leadership events Qualifications Required: - Experienced in Data Cloud Transformation, technologies, process, Finops etc - Proficient in data governance and drawing data platform vision and roadmap - Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, SAS, Python, GenAI - Familiar with Agile Mindset, Methodology, Delivery, and Development - Strong in Business Acumen, Operations, and Customer Centricity / Design Thinking - Skilled in Data Analysis, Interpretation, Industry / Domain Expertise, and Product Management and Development - Understanding of Organizational Change Management, Professional Standards, and Regulatory Compliance Frameworks - Excellent in Collaboration, Influencing, and Negotiation, Relationship and Stakeholder Management, and Team Management Company Details (if available): The company emphasizes fostering continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the team.
